Christina is a personal trainer in Downtown Boston, a corporate wellness speaker, and fitness instructor. She specializes in working with motivated individuals who need guidance and accountability to reach their health and wellness goals. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer and is currently getting her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition at Boston University.
