An introduction to 3D modeling in Rhinoceros from an architectural and technoskeptic point of view. Led by Spaceus member Katherine Sullivan.
An emphasis of the workshop will be to situate 3D modeling software within analog and embodied histories. The idea is to build a critical and grounded first encounter with the virtual space of the software.
Bring your laptop (and ideally a mouse)! Without it, you will not be able to engage as closely with the second half of the workshop. If you do not have access to a laptop, you’re still welcome to attend and follow along with a partner during the second half.
*Please note: In an effort to make this as accessible as possible, payment for this workshop is on a sliding scale. If you can't afford to pay the full fee, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
