As an added layer of relaxation, she will be using essential oils for balance and aromatherapy.
Jaylee Oberg is a Boston native who is known for her powerful but playful teaching style. She was first introduced to yoga at 17 and fell in love almost instantly. She finally found a practice that did as much for her body as it did for her mind. Jaylee believes yoga is an intimate experience with yourself, an opportunity to build awareness and a way to explore all aspects of what makes you...you. She focuses on proper alignment, building strength and using the breathe as a tool to quiet the mind. She strives to create an environment where individuals will slow down and enjoy putting energy back into themselves.
