Join You Good SIs? in a small group setting to explore the healing power of your breath in community. If you're ready to release, rest, recharge and deeply connect with yourself, plants and some other amazing humans, you need to come through! This month they will continue their practice of leaning into the energy of your 2019 intentions and working through any blocks that you are ready to release so you can access more joy, self-acceptance and love.
THE BREATHWORK MEDITATION CIRCLE
We'll begin in circle, setting our intentions for the practice and identifying anything we are ready to heal and let go of. We’ll be incorporating the use of a hot cacao drink. Cacao helps expand your heart space and makes you open and ready for breathwork meditation and vulnerability. Then we will spread out and get comfy on our mats to begin a 45-minute breathwork journey, guided by a two-part pranayama breath, music and essential oils. You will use the fullness and healing power of each breath to feel your intentions, move through your limitations, nourish your nervous system, and deeply connect with your own energy and wisdom. Our group size will be limited so you can receive individual support and guidance, if needed. We will close in circle, with plenty of time for sharing and integration. Light snacks and tea will be available.
You Good Sis? is a collective whose aim is to provide a nurturing community for POC (People of Color). The group focuses on providing spiritual, physical, and mental check-in’s to a group of people who have historically lacked access and education to these basic realms of well being.
